Playoffs, Showdowns and Epic Battles

This weekend is highlighted by semifinal tournament action in the Southeastern and Keystone rugby conferences, as well as a number of other important games.

SCRC Semifinals: Southeastern Scrum

As mentioned above, Alabama plays South Carolina in Tuscaloosa, and Tennessee plays Florida in Knoxville, for the right to play for the league championship at the ACRC Bowl Series.

Keystone Semifinals: Pennsylvania Playoffs

The Keystone Conference semifinals this Saturday will match Pitt vs Temple, and James Madison vs St. Joe's, for the right to play in the conference finals on Sunday. All matches are being played in Shippensburg, PA.

Big 10: Indiana vs Ohio State

OSU and Indiana head to Rockford, IL for the Big Ten Universities Rugby Conference (BTU) Championship match. Last year, Ohio lost to Wisconsin in the title match. This year, the Buckeyes face a very strong (and undefeated) Indiana Hoosiers.

ACRL: Virginia Tech at Clemson

Virginia Tech visits Clemson in an Atlantic Coast Rugby League (ACRL) contest this weekend. Clemson is 5-0 after their Halloween win over NC State.

Independent: NDC at Navy

Notre Dame College visits Navy. The MIdshipmen are 4-0 on the Fall with wins over Dartmouth, Air Force, Notre Dame and Maryland. NDC is 6-2 over the course of a grueling fall schedule that has featured wins against JMU, Kentucky and Notre Dame.
