University of Richmond

Established in 1972, the University of Richmond Rugby Football Club (URRFC) is one of the school’s oldest athletic teams. The club enjoys a full membership of close to 40 Richmond students, fielding two teams that compete throughout the fall and spring on a weekly basis.

The University of Richmond Rugby Football Club competes in the Cardinal conference. The head coach is Carl Schmitt.
