The Keystone Rugby Conference (KRC) was founded in 2012 and is one of the premier rugby conferences in the area that spans New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The KRC caters to collegiate rugby teams and is focused on both academic and rugby achievement.

During the fall season, teams will play 15s with the winner moving on to both the American Collegiate Rugby Championship (ACRC) and the USA Rugby Collegiate Championship. During the spring season, teams will play 7s with the winner moving on to both the ACRC Championship and USA Rugby Collegiate Championship. The KRC strives to be one of the premier conferences in the nation and produce a national contender each year.

Beginning in the Fall of 2017, the Keystone Rugby Conference was absorbed by the Mid Atlantic Rugby Conference.
