In the SWC, UNT Handles Rice 89-8

The University of North Texas defeated Rice University on Saturday 89-8. UNT is 4-0 in the Southwest Conference and has outscored opponents by a margin of 227-27.
UNT forwards Man of the Match Bryan Kelly (Corsicana HS) broke tackles at will from the #8 position and set up a few of the thirteen tries scored. Bryan was also part of a defensive line that stifled Rice all day and continues to hold oppositions to minimal scoring chances. UNT backs Man of the Match winger Hame Havili (Haltom HS) had four tries on the day. Hame was unstoppable in space and found work all over the field.
