Old Dominion University

ODU is an #ACRC7s competitor for the third year running. Old Dominion University men's rugby won the spoon in the 2014 ACRC Sevens and in 2015 notched wins against Hartford and Miami of Ohio in a strong showing at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex. 

The Spoon was good for 9th place at the 2014 ACRC7s as ODU defeated the Heat Elite in the finals by a score of 29-12. Along the way, ODU defeated the University of Cincinnati 26-12 scoring 4 trys to Cincinnati's 2.

Founded in 1969, ODU was Cardinals Collegiate Rugby Conference Tournament runner-up in 2013. They are coached by Mike Herron.
