University of Notre Dame
The University of Notre Dame Men's Rugby Program strives to play at the highest level of collegiate rugby in the United States. The Fighting Irish are a founding member of the Varsity Cup in 15s and have competed each of the past 5 summers in the CRC's in Philadelphia. Games are played in Fall and Spring on a new artificial turf field, Stinson Rugby Field, and all students at Notre Dame and nearby Holy Cross are eligible to join the club.
Coming off a disappointing loss in the Plate Final at the Las Vegas Invitational in February 2015, Notre Dame bounced back to win the first tournament in the ACRL spring sevens series in Greenville, South Carolina on Feb. 28.
