The schedule has been finalized, laying out a weekend of top-notch collegiate rugby at a state-of-the-art facility under forecasted sunny skies. Don't miss it!!  

They're calling for great rugby weather in Charlotte, N.C. this Saturday, with sun and highs in the mid 50s—but while nothing is certain in the atmosphere, you can count on top-notch rugby competition at the ACRC Bowl Series at the Rugby Athletic Center. 

Goff Rugby Report's Alex Goff has called it "a phenomenal lineup at the Charlotte Rugby Athletic Center," and he's right—18 elite college teams coming together over two days to test themselves against the very best from other conferences around the country. 

American Collegiate Rugby Championships

Not surprsingly, Rugby East clinchers Army remains atop the ACRC Coaches Poll, as polled by Goff Rugby Report. This week's poll retains the top four from the last vote.

South Carolina are the 2014 SCRC champions after a 50-22 win over Alabama on Sunday. A physical Alabama team kept the game close through the first half before the Gamecocks pulled away with a series of tries including late-game scoring from Zach Mullineaux and Michael Rudzinsky. 

One week from today, the ACRC Bowl Series kicks off under the lights at the Rugby Athletic Center in Charlotte. Featured on that first evening will be high-level play from some of the top teams in the Queen City and the nation. 

The stage is set for the ACRC Bowl Series, coming to Charlotte on Nov. 21-22, with the exception of two key players—the top teams from the Southeastern Collegiate Rugby Conference. The SCRC championships are this weekend in Columbia, SC. Saturday’s tournament semifinals pit the top teams from the East and West divisions of the conference against the #2 team from the opposite camp.
