Rowan University is hosting their Rugby Skills Clinic on August 5th from 9am to 5pm. The clinic will take place on campus at the Rowan University Intramural Field and is open to all high school athletes.

The clinic gives high school students the opportunity to visit Rowan University's campus as well as work with collegiate rugby players and coaches on rugby skills. At the end of the clinic, participants will be able to learn more about rugby recruiting during a recruiting seminar with Coach Wilson. 

The cost of the Rugby Skills Clinic is $75 per participant.

With the opportunity to send two teams to the Ariel Re Bermuda 7s, St. Joseph took full advantage to use the tournament to grow as a team and program.

URugby worked closely with 4x3 Design to create a highly dynamic website to promote invitational matches and upcoming events for the newly formed USA Islanders Rugby team. 

The USA Islanders is a team of potential national caliber rugby players and USA Eagles with island heritage holding a resident status or USA passport featuring players from Tonga, Fiji, Samoa and islands in the Atlantic and Pacific. Former USA Rugby star Vahafolau Esikia has been selected as the Head Coach.

It is no surprise that Stony Brook University finished strong in the 2017 Ariel Re Bermuda 7s. Stony Brook University has participated in many URugby events such as the Bowl Series and the ACRC 7s but this trip will be one that they remember for a long time.

Saracens, the present Aviva Premiership and European Cup champions, will return to Bermuda for a third time this summer — and this time it is serious.

The Beyond Rugby Berkeley Institute & Cedarbridge Academy end of season teams' dinner, hosted by Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda at the Ocean Club was simply amazing. Beyond Rugby wishes to thank Fairmont Southampton for their commitment to the Beyond Rugby program.

Philadelphia, Pa- The Schuylkill River U23 7s team was Mid-Atlantic Men’s Open Champions, finished the 2016 summer season with 21-5 overall record and had a winning streak that hit 17 games spanning 4 tournaments.  For any observer those stats jump out at you. When you consider those accomplishments were garnered by a group under 23 year olds against some of the best men’s clubs in the Mid-Atlantic, the results are outstanding.

As president of the Iona College Rugby Football Club, it is my responsibility to oversee all game production. After my short-lived rugby career ended due to shoulder injuries and I still wanted to contribute to the team.

The month of May is ALS Awareness Month. Commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is a nervous system disease that weakens muscles and impacts physical function. URugby is doing their part by working with Quinn for the Win and the Chris Munn 7s Tournament to help bring awareness and understanding to this devastating disease.

NORTHFIELD, Vt. – The Norwich University men's rugby team won the fourth annual Chris Munn 7s Tournament on Sunday afternoon on Sabine Field at Haynes Family Stadium. Norwich defeated Middlebury in the final match of the day to complete a perfect 3-0 sweep and the championship.
