The bowl series is garnering national attention, and for good reason—the very best college teams in the country are coming together Friday and Saturday for top-tier competition. Participants include the #1 and #2 ranked teams in the nation, and five of the current top 10. Don't miss it!

Competition includes schools of the SEC in conference title game

Philadelphia, Nov. 2015—High-level collegiate rugby returns to Charlotte. N.C. Nov. 20-21, 2015 with the American Collegiate Rugby Championship (ACRC) Bowl Series. The Bowl Series, one of the most talked-about events in college rugby, will bring teams, families and fans to the Queen City for top-notch competition from elite squads like Clemson, Indiana and Kutztown.

Congratulations to Indiana University’s Jake Hidalgo for being selected as the Boathouse Sports ACRC Player of the Week due to his outstanding level of play this past weekend.

It was a thrilling weekend of college rugby as teams battled for conference championships and bowl berths. The ACRC Bowl Series kicks off this Friday with UMass vs NC State, the first of 10 contests over two days of championship-caliber rugby.

NORTHFIELD, Vt. – The Norwich University women's rugby team opens up its quest for the inaugural National Collegiate Varsity Women's Rugby Association (NCVWRA) Varsity Cup 15s Tournament championship on Saturday, Nov. 14.

This weekend is highlighted by semifinal tournament action in the Southeastern and Keystone rugby conferences, as well as a number of other important games. 

Congratulations to Syracuse University’s Alex Hodgkinson for being selected as the Boathouse Sports ACRC Player of the Week due to his outstanding level of play this past weekend. URugby and Boathouse Sports honor a collegiate player each week from now until the end of the fall season.

There was no lack of close finishes and exciting matches as college teams across the country played high-stakes rugby this past weekend.

The weekend sees some long-awaited games as top teams look to solidify or determine conference position ahead of the ACRC Bowl Series in Charlotte on Nov. 20-21.

The Kutztown Men’s Rugby Club is currently enjoying another undefeated fall 15s season and leads the D1A Rugby East Conference. Only the November 7th match against rival, Penn State (with two losses this season), stands in the way.
