For the fourth year in a row, Ariel Re has claimed title sponsorship for the annual high school and collegiate 7s tournament held in Bermuda every March. In addition to sponsoring the annual tournament, Ariel Re has been a main sponsor for the Beyond Rugby program in Bermuda for the last six years. The program has done an impressive job of getting kids involved in the sport of rugby, especially in local middle and high schools.
The teams are set and the flights are booked! With only two short weeks until rugby teams from across the USA and Bermuda will meet on the pitch, everyone is excited for a weekend full of outdoor festivities, big rugby crowds and, of course, beautiful beaches.
As the tournament continues to grow, a record number of new and returning rugby teams will compete in the 2018 Ariel Re Bermuda Intl 7s for the title of champion.
The Narberth Otters won the Frostbite 15s Tournament in Lancaster over the weekend with victories over Unionville, Hempfield, and Chambersburg. Traveling with only 17 players, a few of whom were rookies, meant that Narberth had their work cut out for them on the day.

NEW YORK (February 13, 2018) -- Rugby United New York (RUNY) will join Major League Rugby as an associate member, the league announced today. New York’s first professional rugby team will play an exhibition schedule in 2018 before playing a full MLR schedule beginning in 2019.
